Why a site about choosing tile

Most people who call about a tile roof already know they want tile. What they are less sure of is which tile, and whether their roof needs new tile at all. This site exists to answer those questions plainly, before anyone talks about a contract. The name comes from the domain. It is not a claim that we are better than anyone else. It is a promise to help you find the tile that is right for your house.

Who we are

Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing is owned and run by Uldi Zadok. The company has worked on Los Angeles homes since 2006 and does residential work only. We install clay and composite tile, including DaVinci and Brava composite products.

How we work

  • Our own crews. No subcontractors. The people who quote your roof are the company that builds it.

  • Look first, then recommend. We check the tile, the underlayment and the flashings before we suggest a repair, a reset or a new roof.

  • Everything in writing. The tile, the underlayment and the flashing work are named in your estimate.

  • A clean site. We clean up at the end of each working day.
